Users acknowledge and agree to the following vessel delivery conditions.
NO GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY
Oceanhood does not guarantee successful vessel delivery.
Delivery outcomes depend on:
- Vessel schedules
- Port access
- Customs clearance
- Security restrictions
- Local maritime regulations
- Carrier availability
- Weather conditions
BUYER RESPONSIBILITY
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Vessel name
- IMO number
- Port location
- Estimated arrival and departure dates
- Agent contact details
- Delivery instructions
Incorrect or outdated information may result in failed delivery or additional charges.
MISSED VESSEL DELIVERIES
Oceanhood is not liable for losses caused by:
- Vessel departure before delivery
- Schedule changes
- Denied port access
- Customs delays
- Maritime operational changes
Additional storage, redelivery, or return fees may apply.
PORT RESTRICTIONS
Certain ports may prohibit or restrict deliveries due to:
- Security regulations
- Customs requirements
- Labor actions
- Port authority policies
Oceanhood cannot override port authority decisions.
RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss generally transfers upon:
- Delivery to the carrier
- Delivery to the vessel agent
- Delivery to the designated port facility
INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE
Vessel deliveries remain subject to:
- Export laws
- Sanctions regulations
- Customs laws
- Maritime compliance requirements
Oceanhood reserves the right to refuse deliveries presenting compliance risks.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Oceanhood shall not be liable for:
- Missed sailings
- Cargo delays
- Customs holds
- Spoilage
- Port storage fees
- Commercial losses
- Indirect damages
